1. Acceptance

By using Incognitogram you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What We Do

Incognitogram lets you view publicly available Instagram stories without logging into Instagram. We do not store, collect, or redistribute Instagram content. Stories are fetched on demand from public APIs and are not cached beyond a short operational window (typically under 5 minutes).

3. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to use this site. We do not collect personal information beyond standard server logs (IP address, user-agent) which are retained for up to 7 days for abuse prevention.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape or mass-download content through this service. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stories may be unavailable if Instagram changes its public API, if the account becomes private, or if stories expire.

6. Intellectual Property

All Instagram content belongs to its respective creators. Incognitogram does not claim ownership of any Instagram content. If you are a content creator and want your stories excluded, please set your account to private.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
